NO SHOW
If you do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the total service price.

CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel the services four days before the service date, the company will only refund 50% of the service price, keeping the other percentage as a cancellation fee.

REFUND:
No refund will be provided for services not used by the traveler.

EQUIPMENT:
For the same transport price of one person, the company is obligated to transport two suitcases of the passenger's property at no additional cost, according to a rate of US$ 6.10.

WAITING TIME AT THE AIRPORT:
The company is obligated to wait 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. After that, an additional charge of $7.00 per hour of waiting time will be applied.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The company is not responsible for any damage that a passenger may suffer due to the following: delay, advance or modification of routes or delays in trips due to construction, route changes or road closures, suspension of travel due to force majeure, thefts or vandalism committed against the service.

INSURANCE:
The company uses shuttles and tourist buses with their respective insurance, as required by the laws of Guatemala, in accordance with the DGT and INGUAT.
